Mobile Application
CHUDATS offers an interactive mobile application, “Heal the Sick,” that, in a dynamic manner, serves in the coordination of the system’s remote activities. The mobile application provides access to free e-banking accounts for users, through which they can obtain, save, and/or use their resources within the system and across other accredited global healthcare service provider systems. It introduces the Heal Cash Wallet, which has the capacity to receive and convert all approved currencies into its unique global healthcare currency, the HC, from which healthcare service payments can be made to user-healthcare facilities and, as well, donations to projects approved within the system. The application also provides user access to e-consultations with qualified and approved healthcare practitioners; unique CHUDATS-recognized QR code patient e-identification; doctors’ video consultation and patients’ appointment booking modules; medical records; and other transaction histories.
As the principal remote access tool for CHUDATS, the mobile application is carefully developed to project urgent and other important information emanating from the on-premise health facility ERP systems. This includes profiling and geo-localization of all subscribed and active user health facilities, profiling and classification of approved expert consultants, profiling and projecting of on-bed patients in need of assistance, profiling and projecting subscribed user facility projects in need of public donations, and projecting published community projects approved on the CHUDATS web portal platform.
As a healthcare delivery equality-fostering application and in order to provide equal access to all for qualitative healthcare opportunity services, “Heal the Sick” offers search practices for all its users without any exceptions and the ability to choose their healthcare institutions and/or physicians of preference. It also provides a medium for inter-user assistance wherein saved HC e-banking resources can be shared in order to assist one another.
